Silks absolute beginners

We recommend this lesson for all people with no previous experience doing aerial silks or other similar disciplines.

During the session the teacher will work in bringing body awareness for the practice of aerial disciplines together with going through the basics such as climbing, straddling and working on the much needed strength to get flying.

Being on the air requires strength and flexibility, but also safety principles that we will embed from the very first practice. Therefore for this lesson you can expect a well balanced mix that will lift you high in energy and get you started with this beautiful discipline.

Stretch to fly | All levels

This lesson is designed to gain more flexibility in all major joint and muscle groups which is very important for both athletic performance and the ability to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

If you are doing Aerial Silks, Hoop, Pole dance, handstands, dance, martial arts or other disciplines this is a perfect class to complement your training and enhance your performance.

Performing different stretch techniques will not only improve your front and box splits, chest openers and back bends, leg holds and balances but will also decrease the risk of injury, enhance your posture and reduce muscle tension and joint stress.

Each person is taught to stretch in a way that suits his or her needs and lifestyle.
