Absolutely! If you need to pause your membership for a holiday, injury, or any other reason, just email us with your full name, and the start and end dates of your pause. Make sure to request at least two weeks in advance. We've got you covered! 😊

Refunds (full or partial) are not possible. You can cancel a class up to 8 hours before it starts. In that case, the system will automatically return the class as credit to your account. Cancellations or changes after this time can’t be recovered. Please make sure to always update your attendance via our online booking system.
