YOUR FIRST CLASS

What happens when you first arrive

1
Come in and get settled

The door is open — just come in. Leave your shoes at the entrance, find a spot to put your bag, and take a breath. There's no complicated check-in and no need to announce yourself nervously at a front desk.

2
Your instructor will welcome you

They'll introduce themselves, show you around the studio, and explain how the session works. If it's your first time, just say so — they'll make sure you know exactly what to expect.

3
Meet the group

Classes are small. Most people in a beginners class are in exactly the same position as you: curious, a little nervous, and quietly hoping they won't be the worst one there. You won't be.

4
Warm up together

Everyone starts at the same time — there's no intimidating warm-up happening without you. The warm-up is gentle, guided, and part of the class itself.

5
Get on the apparatus

Your instructor will show you your silk or hoop and guide your first moves step by step, close to the ground. By the end of the session, you'll have done things you didn't think were possible when you walked in.
