Are you looking for a fun and creative activity for your teen this fall? Our Youth Aerial Arts Program is the perfect opportunity for young people to explore aerial silks, build strength, and discover new ways of moving their bodies — all in a safe and supportive environment.​

Why Aerial Silks for Teens?

​Aerial arts combine fitness, creativity, and self-expression in a way that few activities can. For teens, this means:

  • Building strength and coordination while having fun.

  • Gaining body awareness and confidence in movement.

  • Learning discipline and patience through step-by-step progression.

  • Exploring creativity by trying out shapes, flows, and playful transitions.

     

It’s not just about “tricks.” It’s about helping teens grow more comfortable in their own skin, supporting their physical and emotional development, and giving them the confidence to take on new challenges.

 

No Experience Needed

The program is designed for ages 10–16, and no prior experience is required. Our instructors adapt every exercise to the group and the individual, ensuring that each teen can progress at their own pace. From the very first lesson, students will feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore.

Practical Info

  • 📅 When: Saturdays

  • ⏰ Time: 14:30 – 15:45

  • 💶 Price: €130 for the full 8-week program

  • 💶 Price: €120 early bird

  • 🌟 Possible to join midway or book trial lessons

All classes take place at Aerials Amsterdam Zuid-West studio, in our fully equipped studio with 7m high ceilings and safety mats.
