About Irina Sokolik
Irina started on aerial silks and found her way to rope — where she's stayed. She specialises in dynamic movement and rolling technique, and brings over four years of teaching experience, two of which focused specifically on rope.
Her approach is precise and progressive: she breaks down complex movements into achievable steps, so you're always working at the right edge of your ability.
