Absolute beginners

Never tried aerial before? This is your starting point.

Absolute Beginners classes are designed for people with zero experience, no strength, no flexibility, no gymnastics background needed. You'll learn the fundamentals of aerial movement: how to climb, how to wrap, how to be safe in the air, and how to actually enjoy it. Everything is broken down step by step in a small group of students, with hands-on guidance throughout.

What you'll learn

  • Your first climbs and basic footlocks

  • Beginner wraps and entry positions

  • How to move safely on the apparatus

  • Body conditioning specific to aerial

  • Confidence at height

Who it's for

Complete beginners with no aerial or gymnastics background. All ages, all bodies, all fitness levels.

Aerial Silks + Aerial Hoop

PRE-INTERMEDIATE

You've got the basics. Now it starts to get interesting.

Pre-Intermediate is for students who have completed beginner level and are ready to go deeper. You'll expand your technique, learn new sequences, and begin connecting moves together. All while continuing to build the strength and body awareness that makes aerial feel more controlled and more fun.

What you'll learn

  • Expanded wrap library and sequences

  • First inversions and hip-key variations

  • Introduction to flow between moves

  • Entry-level drops

  • Strength and conditioning for progression

Who it's for

Students who have completed Absolute Beginners level and feel ready for the next step. You can climb, you've got your first wraps, and you're comfortable in the air — now you want more. Your teacher will let you know when you're ready to move up, but you'll probably feel it yourself too.

INTERMEDIATE

Technique is solid. Time to push further.

Intermediate classes cover a wider and more demanding vocabulary of movement. You'll work on complex wraps, challenging combinations, and sequences that require genuine precision. This is also where you start to develop your own style, not just learning moves, but learning how to move.

What you'll learn

  • Complex wraps, drops and transitions

  • Multi-step sequences and combinations

  • Longer climbs and high-point work

  • Flexibility and strength development

  • Individual movement quality

Who it's for

Students who have been training at Pre-Intermediate level and are ready to go deeper. You're comfortable with the basics, your technique is building, and single moves are starting to feel familiar — now it's time to make them harder, link them together, and really start developing as an aerialist. As always, your teacher will guide you on when to make the jump.

PROGRESSION & ADVANCED

This is where technique becomes art.

Advanced classes are for experienced aerialists ready to work at the highest level. The focus shifts from learning individual moves to building a complete aerial practice - challenging drops, complex combinations, choreography, flow, and the development of a genuine performance style. Expect to be pushed, and expect to surprise yourself.

What you'll learn

  • Advanced drops, dives and dynamic sequences

  • Choreography and performance development

  • Flow — connecting skills into full phrases

  • Creative expression and personal style

  • Performance feedback and artistic direction

Who it's for

Students who have been training at Intermediate level and are ready to work seriously. You have a solid foundation of technique, you're confident in the air, and you want to push into more demanding territory: harder drops, longer sequences, and the beginnings of a real performance practice. This is not a level you rush to. When you're ready, you'll know it and so will your teacher.
