Hen Party Amsterdam: Get Your Girls in the Air

A Hen Do That's Worth the Flights
You came to Amsterdam for a weekend she'll never forget. So far that's three cocktails deep and a blurry photo outside the Rijksmuseum.
Do something new: we hand your group the studio, hang the silks, pour the prosecco, and turn your hens into aerial performers for the afternoon. No experience, no fitness regime, no shame — just your crew, a lot of laughing, and great photos.
It's sexy, it's silly, and it's the rare hen activity that everyone — from the maid of honour to the bride's slightly nervous aunt — ends up loving.
Why It Beats Another Bottomless Brunch
-
It's a story, not a hangover. "We did aerial silks in Amsterdam" beats "we did shots"
-
Everyone's included. No skill, no fitness level, no awkward standing around. Our instructors get every single hen off the ground
-
The photos are fun! You'll leave with content the bride will be posting for months
-
Prosecco-friendly. Fly first, fizz after (or a cheeky glass between climbs — we won't tell)
-
It's just the right amount of sexy. Confident, playful, a little showing-off — without anyone having next day regrets

Sexy, Not Scary
We know "aerial silks" can sound intimidating. It isn't.
Our instructors are patient, encouraging, and very good at making nervous first-timers feel like naturals. Everything is at your group's pace, fully supported, and a lot less scary than it looks on Instagram.
You'll feel like a performer. You won't feel like you're at the gym.
