Try Your First Aerial Class
Always wanted to try aerial but never taken the leap?
There are two ways to start. Try a single class for €18 to see how it feels, or take the 3-Class Trial Package for €45 — the better read of the discipline, since aerial starts to click after a few sessions.
You'll learn the fundamentals — on aerial sling, aerial silks or aerial hoop — build confidence, and find out what your body can actually do. No experience required.

WHERE TO START
Not sure where to start?
If you have never done aerial arts before, start with aerial sling. It is the most forgiving of the three — the fabric carries your weight from the first minute, so you spend the class moving rather than working out how to hold on.
Aerial silks and aerial hoop are open to complete beginners too, so if one of those is what drew you here, book it.
Aerial sling classes start on Monday 5 October — book your trial now and we'll see you on the first one.

Lyra
AERIAL SLING
Aerial sling (or aerial hammock) is a single length of fabric rigged as a loop. You sit, hang, wrap and spin, with the fabric supporting you throughout. It builds coordination and air awareness before it asks for strength, which is what makes it the most straightforward place to begin.

Silks
AERIAL FABRIC
Aerial silks (also called aerial fabric or tissue) involves climbing, wrapping, and flowing on two long pieces of fabric hanging from the ceiling. You'll learn to climb, hold poses, and create beautiful shapes in the air. It builds grip strength, flexibility, and body awareness while feeling like a mix of dance and acrobatics.

Lyra
AERIAL HOOP
Aerial hoop, also known as lyra, is a circular metal ring suspended in the air. You'll learn to sit, spin, and move through poses inside and around the hoop. It's great for building upper body strength and core stability, and many people find it a bit easier to start with than silks.
