Our regular aerial teen workshops run over eight weeks — wonderful for building skills steadily, but tricky to commit to once summer arrives and routines go out the window. So this July we're doing something different!
The Teen Summer Camp is short and focused: four mornings, two hours a day. No eight-week sign-up, no juggling the whole holiday around a weekly class. Just one self-contained week where your teen tries something genuinely new, makes friends, and walks away having actually achieved something.

What to expect
Over four mornings, our instructor Laura guides the group through a complete aerial journey. Each day combines aerial silks work with physical conditioning: coordination on the floor, stretching, and body awareness. It's real training — the kind that builds strength and confidence — wrapped in teamwork and plenty of fun in the air.
By day four, the group puts it all together in a small artistic sequence. From your first climb to your first mini-routine, in just four days.
What it is
A four-day aerial silks camp for teens aged 10–14. All levels welcome, no experience needed. Over the week, each session combines time in the air with floor-based physical conditioning — coordination, stretching and body awareness — so they build strength and confidence safely. By the final day, the group performs a small artistic sequence they've put together themselves.
It's active, social and screen-free, with plenty of fun in the air. A great fit for the school holidays.
